Single Session:

Re-schedules are permitted after purchase if available. For single purchase readings or calls you have within 24 hours from the date of purchase to cancel. 

Package Sessions:

For guidance package calls or readings, you can cancel at any time and you will be refunded for the amount of calls or readings that went unused. If you decide to cancel mid-call, you will still be charged for the time of that call in full. If canceling your guidance calls package, please do so 48 hours before the next scheduled session.

Scheduling:

Scheduling for sessions is first come first serve. Rescheduling is available and also first come first serve.

Session Expiration:

-Single session purchases must be used within 12 months. 

-Street of the Golden Lantern package must be used within 12 months.

-The Muse package should be used within 15 weeks. 

- The Snake & the Star package must be used within 15 weeks.
